Part Of The Job: Youtube surfing

Youtube surfing is one of the many things that I do on a daily basis. I don't search for random cat videos (although they are adorable), I try to find clips and snippets of things that could help inspire or give new ideas to our team and all those who work with us. 
You can read articles and books of inspiring people and events, but nothing beats a well made inspiring clip that lets you sit back and take it all in.
