December 1st, 2012 NTU Recruitment Event

On December 1st, 2012, Patisco.com was invited to National Taiwan University's Internet Startup Recruitment event held in NTU's campus in Taipei.

It was at this very event half a year ago that we met and recruited fellow interns: Colla Tsai and Suzy Wang. Who can be seen in the pictures in this blog.

The day started off slow, as the rain began to fall heavier with each passing hour, and we had doubts that anyone would come to this event. Some of the venues stoof empty, including the one next to Patisco.com's venue, and under strict supervision, we decided to invade and take over the venue space so we could have a bigger space. The expansion of our venue space allowed us to have a table and seats for the students to sit down and have a 1-on-1 conversation about Patisco.com and how we work and interact as a team.

I have to say, in the whole spectrum of things, Patisco.com was the only business-to-business company. Where most of the companies were involved with food and fashion, we were focused on business operations.

After a long and busy day, we were able to collect a pile of prospective candidates' information. The team did great, and it was a pleasure to meet so many people. Some were just looking for jobs, while others were looking for a place to exploit their skills.
