Red, White, and Blue. Stars and Stripes.

Today is July 4th!
For all those who do not know, it is America's Independence Day. Hence it is a national holiday, and a day to celebrate America's birthday for all Americans no matter where we are scattered around in the world.
So today, this post will not contain anything relevant to Patisco.com, but will be a post about how much I miss home (New York), and looking back on the good 'ol days.

So yes, I have some pics from my collection to represent some of the things that I miss about home and "American."

Missing the smell of the subway, and the smell of the bus.
Hotdogs always need that extra ketchup, mustard. onions, and sauerkraut.

Burgers need extra layer of cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles.

Football is played with a brown egg-shaped ball, not a sphere shaped thing that everyone else in the world plays with.
and for those of us raised in the suburbs, playing lacrosse in the afternoons. Head to the docks for sunset and grabbing a slice of pizza in town.
